WHAT IS A ZINE?
Zines are self-published, creative works that are motivated by the messages they contain rather than by profit. They give voices to those who go unheard in society. Besides these two principles, zines have no rules—they are the ultimate opportunity for self-expression for literally anyone.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
APAHM is makin’ this easy for you.
There are literally only, like, 3 things you need to know for this.
☆ use half of a computer page, folded hamburger style
☆ stick to the theme—whatever that means to you (keep in mind we are printing it in B&W)
☆ MAKE SURE YOUR SUBMISSIONS ARE IN BY APRIL 10TH
P.S. anonymity is totally fine
Make your page(s) on your own time, or come stop by one of our tabling sessions where we will be providing you with materials and generous encouragement, and some prompts for those who want to contribute but haven’t exactly figured out what they want to say
TABLING SESSIONS:
